Rooted in Tradition. Dedicated to the Practice.

Since 1981, Jiho Choi Taekwondo has been a place where students learn more than techniques. Through consistent training, respect for tradition, and a commitment to excellence, our school has shaped confident individuals and grown strong community ties.

Our approach remains steady, focused, and deeply rooted in the traditions of Taekwondo.

Programs

  • Our youth program introduces students to the foundations of traditional Taekwondo in a structured, encouraging environment. Classes focus on listening skills, coordination, respect, and self-confidence — helping students develop strong habits that extend beyond the dojang.

  • Designed for teens and adults of all experience levels, this program combines traditional forms, sparring, conditioning, and technique. Students develop physical strength, flexibility, and focus while engaging in a practice that challenges both body and mind.

  • This program is for students committed to long-term training and technical refinement. Emphasis is placed on advanced forms, sparring, leadership, and mentorship — honoring the responsibility that comes with continued progression in Taekwondo.

  • Spectrum Taekwondo is a specialized program designed for students on the autism spectrum and those with related developmental needs. Instruction emphasizes consistency, clear routines, and individualized support — creating a respectful, inclusive environment where students can build confidence, coordination, and engagement through Taekwondo.

  • Private lessons offer one-on-one training tailored to an individual student’s goals, pace, and learning style. These sessions are ideal for students seeking focused technical development, additional support, or preparation for testing and advancement.
